How online MOT booking works
You embed the MOTDesk widget on your garage website. A customer chooses a date and time, enters vehicle and contact details, and completes booking (with optional online payment where enabled).
The booking appears in your MOTDesk calendar immediately. Confirmation SMS can be sent automatically when enabled.

Staff bookings use the same rules
When staff create bookings from the dashboard, the same central availability service applies — helping prevent double bookings whether the appointment came from the website or the phone.
