Terms governing use of the MOTDesk platform by garages and authorised staff.

Agreement

By creating an account or using MOTDesk, your garage agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for accurate garage details, lawful use of customer data, and ensuring staff only access areas permitted by your subscription and role settings.

Service & payments

MOTDesk is provided on a subscription basis. Fees and billing are shown in your Billing area.
Online MOT payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Platform fees apply as shown in your settings.
We may update features or pricing with reasonable notice to account owners.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse SMS, email, or customer communications for spam or unlawful marketing.
Do not attempt to access other garages' data or circumvent security controls.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of MOT or consumer regulations.
